It IS nice to have formal documentation though. It can be used in all sorts of situations.
Parked in a Loading Zone? "I'm innocent! See? This says I'm insane!"
Murdered one of the kids? *waves document* "I'm insane, I tell you, I'm insane!"
I really wish I had one of those God-like ones though, it could come in REALLY handy!
