Good Luck!! Have all my fingers and toes crossed for you. We went through the same thing about 18 months ago. Never thought we would sell it, then all of a sudden we had two couples fighting over it. A 3rd inspection though sound very promising. I hope it will all be good news

You are definitely doing better than us. We haven't had any real nibbles yet - we are looking at renting our house after it has sat on the US market for a year. BLEH

There are three houses for sale in our street and no buyers, so I think you are in with a good chance, if they are having an inspection.
